Returns: Alpha Dog Sports stands behind the quality of its products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of your original purchase date. Restocking fee may apply. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with shipping product back to our warehouse.

Replacements: All Alpha Dog Sports products come with a six month warranty. For six months from the original purchase date, you may exchange a defective item for a duplicate replacement. Alpha Dog Sports reserves the right to inspect all defective items before granting a replacement.

How to return or replace an item:

First: Your item must qualify for a return or exchange under the definitions outlined above.

Second: To return or exchange a product, YOU MUST HAVE your original invoice. Return it along with the merchandise to:

Third: Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible), include the return form and use the return label provided on the invoice. Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend the use of an insured parcel service, such as FedEx or UPS. All returns (within 30 days of purchase) will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that you must include a return address on any package sent to our consumer warehouse. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed and Alpha Dog Sports will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.

Refunded payment on return items:

We strive to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt at our warehouse. Credit will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Allow two to three billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you paid by check or money order, then Alpha Dog Sports will mail you a refund check within 5-10 business days of receipt of your return.
